based on international and national regulatory legal acts in force in Ukraine, in particular, the European Commission's Strategy on Gender Equality for 2020-2025, the recommendations of the \u00abHorizon Europe\u00bb programme on gender equality plans in research and innovation, the conditions for participation in \u00abHorizon Europe\u00bb programme competitions, as well as the provisions on gender equality in the order of the Rector of Igor Sikorsky KPI dated 03.10.2024 No. NOD\/713\/24 \u00abOn the approval of university policies in the context of sustainable
