Gender equality at Igor Sikorsky KPI
At Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI), with the aim of establishing the principles of gender equality at Igor Sikorsky KPI, based on international and national regulatory legal acts in force in Ukraine, in particular, the European Commission's Strategy on Gender Equality for 2020-2025, the recommendations of the «Horizon Europe» programme on gender equality plans in research and innovation, the conditions for participation in «Horizon Europe» programme competitions, as well as the provisions on gender equality in the order of the Rector of Igor Sikorsky KPI dated 03.10.2024 No. NOD/713/24 «On the approval of university policies in the context of sustainable development,» the following documents have been adopted:
- Order No. NOD/53/25 dated 21.01.2025 “On the Approval of the Action Plan for the Implementation of Gender Equality Principles in the Practice of the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» for 2025-2027”
- Action Plan for the Implementation of Gender Equality Principles in the Activities of the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» for 2024-2027
- Priority measures for the implementation of the “Action Plan for the Implementation of Gender Equality Principles in the Practice of the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» until 2027”
- Structure of the Working Group on Gender Equality of Igor Sikorsky KPI
- Distribution and assignment of functions of the management staff and members of the working group on gender equality at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
- Detailed distribution and assignment of roles for heads and members of the gender equality working group to ensure the implementation of the components of the Strategic Objectives of the «Action Plan for the Implementation of Gender Equality Principles in the Activities of Igor Sikorsky KPI for 2024-2027».»
