Kublii (Yushchuk) Larisa Ivanivna graduated in 1981 from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Cybernetics, Department of Applied Mathematics, with a degree in “Applied Mathematics” and received the qualification of “Mathematician”.

From 1981 to 1994, she worked at the SKB MMS of the Institute of Cybernetics as a programmer, progressing from engineer to head of sector; from 1994 to 1999, she worked at the Scientific and Educational Centre of the Institute of Cybernetics as a research fellow and programming lecturer; from 1997 to 2009, she worked at the private higher education institution, Kyiv International University, as an associate professor, teaching mathematical and IT disciplines; from 2009 to the present, she has been at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, at the APEPS department (since 2022, the CTE department), holding the position of associate professor.

From 1982 to 1986, she studied in the part-time postgraduate program at the Department of Computational Mathematics of the Cybernetics Faculty at Kyiv State University. In 1987, she defended her dissertation titled “Automation of Input Data Processing for Boundary Value Problems of Mathematical Physics” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.13.11 (now specialty 01.05.03) “Mathematical and Software Support for Computer Machines and Systems.”.

In 2004, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the Department of International Information and Informatics by a decision of the Attestation Board.

Total work experience is 49 years, of which pedagogical experience in higher education institutions is 29 years.

Educational work

Associate Professor Kublii L.I. has recently been teaching the following compulsory subjects:

  • “Computer Discrete Mathematics, 
  • “Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics. Mathematical Statistics, 
  • “Algorithms and Data Structures. Fundamentals of Algorithmisation.

Teaches a normative subject

  • “Algorithmisation and Programming. Basic Programming Concepts,

and also elective subjects

  • “Special sections of mathematical statistics,
  • “Mathematical Methods in Psychology.

Manages bachelor's and master's theses, and participates with students in international scientific conferences. Co-authored scientific works with students, and participates with them in international scientific conferences.

Foreign language proficiency

I studied English. In 1989, I completed a full course of technical translation from English (First Kyiv State Foreign Languages ​​Courses. Certificate No. 37, June 1989).

Scientific interests: methods of mathematical statistics, machine learning, applied algorithms.
